MUSHROOM FORAGING WORKSHOP AND DINNER

Join our mushroom foraging walk and mushroom themed dinner led by certified expert Gergo Horvath. At the end of October we hope to find a variety of mushrooms in the forests that sourround us. We preapre these and enjoy an umami dinner together. Maybe we also find some truffles with the dogs.

Program:
2pm - 4pm: Walk: Mushroom foraging walk led by certified expert Gergo Horvath
4pm - 6pm: Workshop: Learning how to preapre the mushrooms, weve collected and chill time.
6pm - 9pm: Forest to table dinner with seasonal ingredients sourced from the lands of terra szanda and the forest, optional natural wine pairing by the selection of @lasciwawines.
