Join us for a deep dive into the rich tradition of pálinka-making, where culture, craft, and hands-on experience come together. This workshop will explore the history and significance of pálinka in Hungarian heritage, alongside the fundamental theories behind distillation. You'll get an up-close look at the step-by-step process of crafting homemade pálinka, from selecting quality ingredients to refining the final spirit. To round off the experience, we'll gather for a multi-course dinner featuring fresh produce from our no-dig garden and locally sourced meats—an authentic celebration of flavors that pair perfectly with a well-made pálinka.
