Mushroom foraging + seasonal dinner (autumn)

Available in both spring and autumn. Horváth Gergö our local certified gomba expert and cook, will take you on mushroom forage walk through the forest and hills in Nográd under the ruins of the Szanda castle. He will share his extensive knowledge with you on the go, while you explore the mushrooms that present themselves to you that day. After the hike (about tow/three hours) you will enjoy a multi course dinner made by Gergõ from the bounty of the day while you regenerate and share your stories around the table. In our open kitchen, the Gergõ will also share with you the possibilities of integrating foraged mushrooms into your own cooking.
