Join us for a three day embodied retreat for Women, rooting in late summer, reconnecting with self and soil, getting nourished by the lands of the Cserhat hills at TerraSzanda.
Designed to bring you back home—to your body, your breath, and the earth beneath you. Lands in Her Body is a slow, embodied journey through the lens of Chinese Medicine’s Five Elements, with a deep focus on the Earth element—the archetype of nourishment, harvest, and rooted presence. August, the season of Earth, invites us to soften, to digest what we’ve gathered, and to return to our center with reverence. At Terra Szanda, the land nourishes us directly.
